yes, but only with certain cameras. do you already have a camera, or are you looking for advice on which to get?

They actually just published a help doc in the app for this. From the home screen in the app, you should hit the hamburger menu in the upper left and go to “How to use”. TL;DR: use SmartThings Home Monitor or custom automation creator.
