Hi anyone have any idea how to remove this app? In the classic app it just shows as “Somethings wrong” retry which does nothing.
In the new app it says to download then says cannot download.
When i go into the IDE i cannot find it any ideas?

you tried signing out of the app and logging back in?
perhaps in marketplace > smartapps > safety & security > smart locks > remove
or contact ST support and see if they can resolve the issue 
Many of the newer features and smart app are no longer found in IDE
