Smart Lighting SmartApp Connection Error When Editing or Creating Automations

The SmartApps Smart Lighting feature has stopped working, and this issue has been ongoing for several months. The existing smart lighting routines are still running fine, but whenever I try to edit them or create a new one, I only see four spinning dots along with the message: “There was a problem connecting. Try again later.”

I know this is never helpful but…

Android or iOS? If Android have you tried clearing the cache for the app? That seems to fix a wealth of oddities with many apps. If iOS, maybe try uninstall/reinstall?
