Im trying to login to my SmartThings hub sth-eth200 and its asking me for my welcome code which I can’t find please could you help me with a new code?

Yes I have received a code and i am now registered on the smart hub, but i still need some help pairing the hub with the Fibaro light switched that are in the house would you be able to help with this?
I get to the pairing page, triple tap the light switch but it doesn’t pair, any help would be apricated
If the Fibaro devices are Z-Wave they will need to be excluded before they can be added to a new hub.
In the ST. App, open the hub tile, click on 3 dots in upper right corner, select settings, Z-Wave utilities, Z-Wave exclusion. Then put each Fibaro device in the exclusion mode per the manufacturer’s instructions.
