Smart Hub and Velop

Howdy,

Just went to Velop mesh. Love it. However, smart hub no longer functions. I have a green light, connected to parent router, app shows it offline. Have tried every reboot combo possible. Any thoughts?

i suspect your new 2.4 ghz wifi is interfering with your zigbee mesh. How close is your hub to an access point? Also check for channel interference.

Based on another post, I had an IP assigned to it and moved it to a child node. It’s sitting on top of it. Understand the interference if adding devices, but shouldn’t it still be able to connect via the app?

Sorry, I thought your devices were showing disconnected, not the hub itself. Did you assign it a static ip or let the router auto assign?

Once you get it connected, you’ll want to move it 5+ feet away from the access point
