I was finally able to connect the fridge but now all I see is this. Any suggestions?

Try this: uninstall the SmartThings app, restart your phone, install the SmartThings app. This way the controller will be downloaded again and hopefully complete this time.
You won’t lose anything, maybe the positions of your devices in the favorite page.

Yes, that also why i can see it on the app and the site
Try it with a different mobile device, preferably a Samsung Galaxy.
I tried it with another iPhone and same issue. I unfortunately don’t have a Samsung Galaxy in the family. Any other suggestions? So the webpage screenshot looks like it has all the data?
