SM-V110V Trackers - Are these still supported or Working for anyone?

Is anyone still successfully using the SM-V110V Trackers? I have tried the usual troubleshooting that I have used before and no luck. Flashes red all the time. If I power off, flashes blue for a while then back to flashing red. I have 4 of these and they have worked great in the past. I pay a few dollars every month, and my account and payment is in order with Verizon. I have removed one from the app, to try to reconnect and never gives the red/blue/green flashes.

Thanks for stepping in. The transition from Step #6 to #7 never occurs. The blue light flashes for a bit, but then goes to flashing red.
I was able to do a firmware update on one of the 4 trackers I got. Still the same problem.
Any other ideas?
