Slow response times from Support

@TYLER any chance you can look into a ticket for me? I have two bad sensors and tiring to get replacements. sent in email on Sep 23. I heard back from Riley on the 28. He had me do a few things that did not work and I replied on the 29. Still nothing. I would like to have this resolved.

I emailed them last Friday about returning my order (too buggy and has a ways to go IMO), and have yet to hear back from them! I’ve replied to the email about the ticket being opened twice since then and still nothing. Kind of reaffirms my thoughts of it not being ready for the masses.
