Simulated Motion and Presence code missing in IDE

@slagle - Not sure who to raise this to.

It appears that the Simulated Motion, and the Simulated Presence codes are missing in the IDE:

New DTH -> From Template->These two DTH’s are listed, but will not change the code/template

I don’t know if there are others in the list, but I know I had to look elsewhere for these a few times.

Thanks for the heads up. In the meantime all the code is in our public repo.
