Yet another ‘known issue’ from the latest release. I’m starting to see why so many developers are getting fed up and are starting to pull their apps.

Permanently Disable local child app discovery?

Every time I install a custom SmartApp I have to go into the IDE and uncheck the “Enable local child app discovery” checkbox in order for it to appear in the mobile app. I’m assuming this is a new “feature” in the latest batch of updates which was defaulted to checked for some reason. Does anyone know if there’s a way to permanently uncheck that box so I don’t have to manually do it every time I want to install something?
