Simple routines either don't work or randomly work when they used to work fairly reliably

I set up four routines, which are very simliar.

Routine #1 is set to turn ON the master bath exhaust fan when the shower light is turned ON.

Routine #2 is set to turn OFF the master bath exhaust fan when the shower light is turned OFF.

Routine #3 is set to turn ON the master bath exhaust fan when the WC light is turned ON.

Routine #4 is set to turn OFF the master batch exhaust fan when the WC light is turned OFF.

I am using Lutron Caseta smart dimmers for the lights and switch for the fan.

It has worked reliably for a week or two but not anymore. The routine MIGHT work in the morning but not at any other time of day - there are no time preconditions.

I’ve tried forcing the app to stop and then clearing the cache to no avail.

What might be the problem?

Power cycle the Lutron Caseta Bridge.

Cycling the bridge had no effect.

No idea. When you look at the app history what do you see happening? You should just see the shower light having been turned on or off, a routine executing in response, and the extractor being turned on or off.

You have two off routines. If both lights are on and the wc light is turned off then the fan goes off even though the other light is still on? Of course that may not be the issue, but is this the intended logic.
I would imagine you’d want a single off routine to turn off only when both lights are off?

Well, as I expected, things are acting weird. This morning the routines worked as expected. This is a pattern of sorts. I’m going to see if the routines are still working after a particular time of day. However, there are no time-of-day conditions for the routines.

As for the potential logic error of having two routines do essentially the same thing, the routines work fine when they work so it doesn’t seem like a logic error.

Also, the routine name(s) so we can obtain the ID, and the timestamps (including the time zone) indicating when the routine runs successfully and when it does not?

Same email address, access granted.

Routines are called

Shower light on turns on Exhaust Fan

Shower light off turns off Exhaust Fan

WC light on turns on Exhaust Fan

WC light off turns off Exhaust Fan

Yesterday (22 Dec) the routines spontaneously began working working from around 8AM until some time in the afternoon but have not worked since. This is not the first time the routines spontaneously worked and then later failed.

Today (24 Dec) the routines were working from 9AM (probably earlier) but failed some time between 3:30 and 4:30PM.
