Does anyone know anything about the Shortcut app discussed in

Does anyone know of another app that has similar functionality?

If you are on Android, you can use Tasker with AutoVoice + SharpTools to control your devices with your voice. It’s not exactly plug-and-play as it does require some configuration, but the instructions are pretty straightforward.
