Always my luck-- I am on a “work-cation” and get a notice that SHM show smoke in my sons room ( who is not home) – It was a nest protect so i was able to go to the native app and see that there was no issue.
The device log in ST shows no detection of smoke – just a SHM going off the deep end again
Now SHM says a zwave smoke detector is also detecting smoke – same symptoms SHM says my house is burning down, device says everything is fine
ST support says “nest is not supported” good luck!! – So I did a 2rd request cc Alex the CEO and we will see if anything happens
