Shelly Linked Services: multiple locations and offline problem

Does anyone have the same problem with linking Shelly devices:

I have two physically separate locations in which I control several different Samsung a/c and heat pump units with SmartThings. I also have a Shelly Cloud acct for all my Shelly devices at both locations.
When I add my Shelly devices via Linked service they all show up, but after linking my second location to same Shelly Cloud the first location will within a day or so show all Shelly devices offline? If I go and re-setup first location then second location will eventually show all Shelly devices offline…

This is really bugging me… :thinking:

Are you using two separate Shelly account logins to connect to the same ST account?

No I only have one Shelly Cloud acct for all devices.

Having separate Shelly accts for different locations would be a nightmare overall…
