Shelly cloud integration faillure

A couple days ago lost shelly cloud integration. I tried to reinstal shelly devices but the the shelly cloud service has disapear from the options. Will be a temporary issue?

To better understand the issue, could you please help us with the following?

  1. When you go to Add device, are you using the search tool to look for the device or integration?
    If the device/integration does not appear, could you please share a screenshot showing how it looks on your side?
  2. Please enable account access so we can review your setup from our end.
  3. Confirm the email account registered in the forum is the same one you use for SmartThings. If not, please share it with me over DM.
  4. Enable support access to your account:
  1. Go to the SmartThings Web (my.smartthings.com)
  2. Log in to your Samsung Account
  3. Select Menu (â‹®) and choose Settings
  4. Toggle on Account Data Access
  5. Select the time period and confirm - In this step, please select “Until turned off”, once the team finishes, we’ll let you know so you can disable it again.

5. As a precaution, we also recommend clearing the app cache and trying again.

  • In your mobile device, go to the menu
  • Click on settings
  • Go to “manage apps” or something similar (where you can configure permissions for the apps, data usage, etc.)
  • Tap on “storage” and select the option “clear cache”
    • After clearing the cache, please reopen the app and retry the add device flow.

Hi! I’m sharing a screenshot showing the correct flow.
Please make sure to go into “Shelly” first and then select the Switch / Dimmer category when adding the device.

In this case, it doesn’t matter if your Shelly devices are a different type. The Cloud-to-Cloud (C2C) integration will discover all devices that the partner makes available, regardless of the category selected during setup.
