Settung up ST V2

I have a V2 smartthings hub that was setup several years ago. I am now trying to setup with current app but now i get the following message.
“Code already registered, must be invited”
I cant get into the legacy app to dis enroll.
Any thoughts?

You will need to contact ST support and attach an image of the label with the serial number on the hub.

Does it show when you login into IDE at https://account.smartthings.com with your Samsung account?

No hub shows on then current app.

Contact ST support and they will be able to get it resolved for you
