I can’t see Home Hub info, I can’t connect to a STS water sensor after changing its battery, I’ve tried restarting app, resetting sensor. This system is a mess and way too difficult to troubleshoot. I get the server/network error repeatedly.
When did the problems start? What device are you using (iPhone / Android?)
I reinstalled the app and it appears to work now. I wish that ST would notify users that this is advised when things go really wrong.
Thanks for posting this - just brought things back for me as well (app was effectively dead this morning).
