Recently connected motion sensor to new app and it won’t show up on the main screen. You can only accessible it from inside a room. It does show up in IDE as well. Any thoughts?
How many devices do you have on your account?
15-20 devices
so to sum up…
menu > rooms > the device appears in its correct room?
does it show in menu > devices?
on dashboard, have you clicked on 3 dots in the upper right of the screen, select Edit, click on the room and looked to see if that the device is check marked so it shows on dashboard?
