Security Mode "Stays this mode for how long/"

In the newer version of SmartThings, in Automations, under Security Mode there is an option entitled “Stays this mode for how long?” Does the word “Stays” mean “Delay” (for example, for 15 minutes before the Security Mode Armed (Away) is executed) or does it mean “Stays” in the Security Mode for only 15 minute? I am assuming the former and that “Stays” means delay going into this mode after the Automation is executed. Am I correct?

I’m going to say no.

The ‘Stays this mode for how long?’ option is only on Security Mode as a condition, not as an action. So it is simply saying e.g. ‘if Security Mode has been set to Stay (Away) for at least the last fifteen minutes’.
