[RELEASE] Securifi Water Sensor SZ-WTD02N

This adds support for the Securifi Water Sensor SZ-WTD02N. This model doesn’t have a tamper switch or a temperature sensor. Once you add this as a Device Handlers page at https://account.smartthings.com it will add support. To pair, simply go the the SmartThings mobile app and add a thing. It should discover the sensor once you add the batteries to it. If you have any questions please let me know. Thanks!
