We normally do volume discount & flat pricing for folks with a meaningful number of devices (usually north of 500). I took a look at what happened in your case and it looks like our support team misclassified and sent you to the self-serve pricing purely based on stated volume-needs. I have been using Seam for the last year and it has worked well for the handful of properties I manage.
I tried logging into the dashboard this week and I am getting an error when logging in via Google, is anyone else seeing that?

Sure thing. Let me see if we can reproduce the issue. I just checked with the team and the auth flow hasn’t been touched recently so it might be a nontrivial issue elsewhere. We’ll investigate!
