Schlage Keypad Non-Motorized Deadbolt (BE369NX) -> Reverse

Hello,

I have a Schlage Keypad Non-Motorized Deadbolt (BE369NX) and it’s working perfectly but he is on reverse:

The lock means UNLOCKED and unlocked means LOCKED.

How to do I fix that?

This is almost always an installation alignment problem (probably the cam) at the time that the lock was installed. Contact Schlage support and they should be able to help you get it installed properly. They can also help you test to see if that is the problem by using the lock instruction on the lock itself.
