Schlage Connect Deadbolt setup: OK to add to SmartThings, then install in door?

Sorry to hear it won’t connect. Guess I was lucky when mine just worked.

I was reading another thread earlier where people were having problems and posted several options.
Maybe something in here will work?

Schlage camelot lock not responding

I recently paired my schlage Camelot lock with the new v2 hub and out of the box connected and was working fine for about 2 weeks. last night the lock stopped responding to the mobile app and I attempted to delete and reinstall and it will not connect to the hub. I have tried resetting bot the lock to factory and the hub with no luck. the lock works fine with the programmed codes input manually to open and close the lock and the hub itself has an open close sensor and a presence sensor connected that are working fine. What should I do now to try and reconnect the lock to the hub?

I know there is several threads on this lock.
