I’m trying to connect my Samsung Tag2, but I’m getting a message saying it’s already linked to another Samsung account. I can’t determine which account it’s connected to. Is there a way to find out which account is associated with this Tag?

As I understand it, if the Tag was onboarded to a SmartThings Location that you are a member of then it is possible for you to determine the Samsung Account ID of the user that onboarded it by reading the device object from the API. Being able to match that ID to a user takes more work. However if that is the case there is only a limited number of users it could have been to start with and you’d probably be better off working with them to identify it.
If this is not the case then I am not sure where you would start to look.
