Samsung ST arrival sensor not beeping when propmpted

Just purchased 3 ST arrival sensors and programmed all of them. When trying to make them beep they are silent. Any ideas???

I excluded and did a reset but it works only with Smartthings Classic app. In Smartthings Connect doesn’t beeps.

The beeps work when called from webCoRE too. They have just stopped working from the ‘new’ app for some reason. They were working a few months back.
