Samsung Smartcam keeps going inactive

I’ve got a Smartcam HD pro connected via wifi. I’ve got a couple of routines that activate/inactivate (via the “Turn on/off these lights or switches” options so the motion sensing won’t fire when people are home. When I activate via a Routine, the camera goes active and works for about 30 seconds or a minute then goes inactive again. I can fire the Routine again but the same thing happens. The camera shows up and video works in the Smartcam app. Hub is a smartthings+
