How can I know what smart hub I got whether its generation 1 or 2. I got it on sale from Smart Things for $49 about a week ago.
If you bought it direct then it’s v2. They haven’t sold v1 for a year or two.

The V2 has two USB slots on the back. They don’t work, but they’re there. You can see pictures in the official supportbase article:
