I purchased my Samsung SmartCam in 2016. It has served me well providing security alerts while I am away from home.
Recently there was a power outage due to the bad weather in Florida while I was away.
As soon as I returned I attempted to reboot my SmartCam with no success. I have reset my camera twice so was very frustrated.
I found a thread here from a few years ago
and as I read the posts I realized I swapped my
SD card last year due to water damage.
So I unplugged my camera, took my SD card out
then plugged camera back in and rebooted
I was so very happy to see that green light again
