Samsung’s smart locks such as the SHP-DP710 are registered with the Z-Wave Alliance. Knowing well that frequencies differ around the world, I found out that Singapore has the same frequency as Europe and Samsung has an agent over there: Hanman International Pte Ltd. I tried contacting them but haven’t received a reply. Has anyone even been in contact with this company?
I also haven’t received any reply to emails I had sent out to official Samsung SDS websites on their locks’ availability in Europe. They say that they have a German Global Partner but it’s website doesn’t even list any Samsung products.
Can anyone inform me whether such a lock would integrate with a ST hub?
