Hi all,
Some time ago I had ST app installed on my phone and it supported my Samsung TV UE55NU8009.
But recently i noticed that the buttons in the app went inactive.
The ST page Samsung HE | SmartThings
says that ST supports:
- 2017~2020 QLED TV 6 series and above
- 2017~2020 UHD TV 6 series and above (this is where my TV is, made in 2018)
- 2017~2020 Frame TV
- 2018 FHD TV N5300 series
- 2020 HD TV M4500 series
- 2020 Crystal UHD TV 7 series and above
But when I open the list of supported devices in the app, there is only one 8009 TV listed UE65NU8009 (that is 10 inches bigger than mine).
There is a label of ST on the packaging of my TV.
I wrote to the helpdesk, but helpdesk was the least useful: just reiterated what I wrote to them: regrettably my device is not supported.
Is there any way to get it supported?
