That’s the way I do it. The virtual switch triggers the rest of the rule, part of which is, after a delay, triggering the virtual switch again.
Mine has been working well for the past week, but then failed last night. Not sure if this has to do with the new scheduler being introduced or just the past week+ of platform issues with ST.
