@nayelyz , any update on this yet. Mine are not disappearing but not appearing in the routines tab inside the devices.
Manually Run Routines or Automatic Routines or both?
I thought only Automatic routines will be visible in the Routines tab as shown below but if Manual routines will also be displayed, then to answer your question, itās both. When I click on the routines tab, it just keep spinning and no routines relating to the device are displayed. However, I can see all my routines in the Routines > My routines page.
Manually Run Routines do not show. I was just looking for verification that you were missing Automatic Routines just in case you were expecting the Manually Run Routines to appear. I should have written my question better. ![]()
Sorry for the delay, the engineering team took a look to the app logs you provided and they donāt contain the events of you entering the deviceās details, so we need your help to do the following:
- Enter the TV LED Plug device details (look at the time when you do this and remember it)
- Go to the Routine tab, where it stays loading, wait for 5 seconds.
- Then, follow the steps to get the app logs:
Finally, provide the logs and the date and time (including your timezone) when you replicated the issue to build@smartthings.com
