Routine Director forcing me to put in a phone number

This is an issue we are working on, routine director works, the routine just doesn’t execute.

Routines not triggering and/or are partially executing

my I’m Back! routine used to work, but the last week or so it just stopped working even though nothing was changed. my goodbye routine works fine… any idea what i can do to fix this? i have rebooted the hub, restarted my phone/app, deleted the routine and re-added it… it uses my phone as a presence sensor to trigger when i get home but never works. the other smart lighting stuff i have to turn on when i get home works fine though. please help, so frustrating!

Also, for the phone issue, it works fine on my phone, but I have an iphone, maybe you have an android and that is why? I’ll test on a android later today.
