Ring Wired Doorbell Plus - 2nd Gen

Just replaced my existing Ring doorbell with the latest Wired Doorbell Plus - 2nd Gen and now it won’t show up in the ST app. I unlinked and relinked the Ring service but no luck. All my other Ring devices do show up so I’m assuming this new device hasn’t been added to the ST list of supported devices. Anyone else having this same issue?

Also, after relinking my other Ring devices do show up, but when I try to access them I get an error saying “We’re having trouble connecting. Check your network connection and try again.” This never happened until I unlinked and relinked.

You also should reach out to Ring Support as they manage the integration.

Add device→Search→Ring→?→View Supported Devices will show you what devices the Ring integration supports. If your device is not there, contact Ring support as suggested by jkp.

Yea, it’s not showing the new model. Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll contact Ring and see if they plan to add.
