So, I just got an email response from ST telling me the ticket I put in over a week ago was now going to sit on someone else’s desk. At the end he very politely asked me to let him know if there was anything else he could do for me…

Yes, please add my wife as a second user. She’s getting rather perturbed that the house only says “Hello Master” when I come home, and doesn’t say anything to her.
