I have a Honeywell thermostat integrated to SmartThings via the Honeywell Home/Resideo integration. It rarely works, and when I go into Linked Services and try to refresh the Honeywell Home devices, sometimes SmartThings shows the following error.
Is there anything that can be done about this?
Contact Honeywell Home/Resideo support because the device vendor is responsible for the cloud->cloud integration.
