Request to Increase Installation Limit for API_ONLY App

Hi SmartThings team,

We’ve reached the 20-installation limit on our production SmartThings app and are unable to onboard new customers.

App Details:

  • App ID: 5ab054a5-56bc-4644-8f52-daa2ee86c85c

  • App Type: API_ONLY (CONNECTED_SERVICE)

  • Display Name: SuiteOp

We’re a B2B platform with active customers using this integration for smart device automation. We need this limit increased to continue onboarding new locations.

Could someone from the SmartThings team help us with this request, or point us to the correct process for requesting a limit increase?

We can check if the team can increase this limit to the default one of 500, but to increase it above that number, you need to fill out the form mentioned in this section of the documentation:

In the meantime, it would be great if the limit could be increased to the default 500.

We’ve just set your limit to the advertised 500 installations. You should no longer see the installation errors going forward.
