Using the latest version of Samsung SmartThings app.
The referenced ghosted device cannot be accessed or seen a where except as noted.
Choose any device, connect so that a map is seen.
Click list icon near bottom right of map screen.
Within this list, there is a ghost device. There is no remove option on this list screen.
if you choose the ghosted device, it takes you to the map screen.
There is no remove option ANYWHERE on the map screen.
I tried the ST advanced web site. The ghosted device is not list in devices.
How do I remove this ghosted item that seems to only be seen in the list as accessed on the map screen?

UPDATE: Nothing special going on in the screenshots. Standard screens in the SmartThings app populated with my devices.

There is something vaguely familiar about that format of name. I’m thinking some other Samsung device compatible with Find but not known to SmartThings.

Do you see the device if you go to Samsung Find (either the app or the https://samsungfind.samsung.com website)? Or perhaps https://smartthingsfind.samsung.com?
Yes, I do see the device on the website. It is listed as offline in the first screen. It is not list when choosing “devices”
@orangebucket the naming format of the ghosted device is a naming convention that is unique to my organization.
@Andreas_Roedl I do see the ghosted device on the web site you reference plus a new option. Should I choose “sign out”?
I choose “Sign out”. The ghosted device was removed from the website AND all places that I referenced in my first post. Problem solved.
