Is there a way to do this? Or maybe just delete all my rooms?
My rooms view is currently giving me “Error loading rooms. Try again.” Editing devices via the IDE gives me a 500 error, as does trying to view my locations.

Sounds like you’re doing it right by editing the device, but it looks like something else is going on for you since you’re getting those other errors. Perhaps an email to support? I know they’re busy, but something bigger may be going on.

Yes you can, but you have to be able to edit the device in the ide. At the bottom of the page you can change the group aka room. Unfortunately a 500 error is typically a server side issue. If you haven’t already I’d hit up support.
500 Internal Server Error:
A generic error message, given when an unexpected condition was encountered and no more specific message is suitable.
