I’ve been looking into the nest camera addition and the problem is nest isn’t giving you a link to the video file but a simple webpage that access the video using either their flash or html5 video player. You can’t get a straight video stream from them. I think it will require a iframe

Try Ken’s solution. I believe he has a way to load up quicktime for the rendering. I haven’t tried it yet myself.

You guys are having way too much fun while I’m at work. Just kidding of course. Anyway, have you looked at the video code I hacked up in the MakeThing function in the housepanel.php file? To see it in action go to Options and add the video row to any room. The sample is a short 5 second video. Try modifying the php code to point to nest.

Just wanted to report that I managed to get the live video feed working finally. I hunted down a .m3u8 url that worked for vlc. This code would not work in chrome. In edge it plays fine. Including when pasted into video tile. Lol I have finally managed to see my truly live video feed in housepanel. Im very happy. Fully Kiosk seems to work ok. I found an addon that allows chrome to do it as well now on the PC. Havent checked chrome on android yet.

Well seems it works on one table with Fully Kiosk but not the other one. I can hear the audio playing but no video.
