You might be seeing an issue related to this bug: Bug in ST Android Mobile App - invalid input in preferences in DTH
Are you on an Android mobile device and if so, can you view live logging while you are saving preferences to see if you are getting an exception? If there’s still an issue with SmartThings, I can workaround this in the device handler.
