I’m having some odd behavior with mine so I’m trying to do the exclusion to start over (I do have both DH loaded currently). But I’m unable to get the device to remove itself. The manual says to put the controller into learning mode so from the ST app I go to devices and add device and click scan. The manual then says to triple click the Z button, so I press the middle button 3 times. It says is exclusion was successful it should blink orange for 5 seconds then go solid for 3 seconds. But no matter how many times I try the process all I get is green blinking for a few seconds then nothing. Wondering if anyone knows what I’m missing here.
