[OBSOLETE] Jasco/GE Z-Wave Plus On/Off Switch (14291) With Double-Tap and Associations

Hi,
I have a GE Switch z-wave that is not a z-wave plus but just a regular z-wave switch.
I wanted to see if there is a way to get the double tap functionality on my switch.
