[OBSOLETE] Jasco/GE Z-Wave Plus On/Off Switch (14291) With Double-Tap and Associations

Question. Is it possible to use the new app & ST ecosystem (STSC) with this device controller? Based on what I heard in other threads the new app doesn’t support webcore. Does it make more sense to expose the double tap feature as a separate button that can be used in Automations on the new Smart Things app.
