Registering two phones on presence sensors

I have my phone on presence sensors. My wife’s iphone won’t register: When I go to “Connect Now” it gives me an error box: “Warning! This mobile phone is already set up as a mobile presence device.”

However, it is not set up already. It is not in my family or anywhere else on the ST app.

I think I followed all the procedures for inviting her phone, then registering with her own email and password, and it then took her ST app to my account. So all that seems to be working…

Are you logged in with your account when trying to set up presence sensor on your wife’s iPhone or were you using a separate account?

I logged in on her phone with a new login, but that took the st app to my account.
