Recessed Color LED lights that work with Smartthings

I recently bought the feit recessed retro-fit lights, and they work great, other then I want to be able to control them more. More specifically control the strobe effects. You cant seem to create scenes in the feit app that allow you to do anything besides solid color and brightness.

I read the sylvania 73741 “works” with smartthings, but it doesnt look like they sell them anymore.

Same question for a color LED PAR38 sized flood light.

Cali unfortunately cant ship here. Do you know if those sylvanias can be set to fade through colors using smartthings?
