We’re trying to develop an integration that any SmartThings user can use but see this warning at the top of our development page:

Automations are available for self-use only in the SmartThings app. Publishing your automation to other SmartThings users is not currently available. If you have further questions, please contact support.

I only see the option to post in the community forum.

We were approved for the developer program and partner program and assigned an MNID.

Does this warning mean we cannot publish our project so that any SmartThings user can use it?
