Zipcode is now not a mandatory field. According to docs, if none is provided, the Hub Location is used: http://docs.smartthings.com/en/latest/ref-docs/smartapp-ref.html#getweatherfeature

Tested in the IDE and got expected results - but I’m not sure about non-US intls.

I’ve submitted for the SmartThings app store, but I’m not sure how long that process will take. The fastest way to get this is to manually install the app for yourself within the IDE:
