@RBoy - Hi, I purchased the device handlers a while ago and since moved to the new SmartThings app. I’m not seeing basic things like open/closed for a door sensor on the app, but the status does show up correctly on the website. I’m guessing I need the latest device handler, but your website seems to be down. Is this permanent or should I expect it to be up again? Otherwise is there a good alternative? Thanks!

After updating your device handler you’ll need to flush the platform cache for the changes to show up. To flush it, open the IDE, change the device handler type to Thing or Placeholder, save it and then switch it back to the original/custom device handler.
