Not sure what’s going on but things are randomly working and not working. Lights aren’t turned on when I click on the app. And then a few minutes later it works. Same with motion sensors, they sometimes work, sometimes not.
Have reset the hub.
Are you mainly running z-wave or zigbee devices?Have you tried running a z-wave repair?
I did and got this error for one device:
Network repair for Inside Door [04]: Failed to update route
Also I have three devices listed as OFFLINE but two of them haphazardly work. The one failing above which is a Jasco 45709 switch works when you press the physical button but not when you use the app.
I’m not sure how to troubleshoot this?
